11. Damage to Property

Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property that has been damaged, lost or removed as a result of their actions or the actions of members of their party.

We reserve the right to seek payment for reasonable repair, replacement or cleaning costs.

Normal wear and tear will not be treated as damage.

12. Smoking

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against:

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 

13. Pets

We may release a table if guests do not arrive within the applicable waiting period without contacting us.

Although we will take reasonable care when preparing food, we cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from allergens due to the nature of food preparation and shared kitchen environments.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information about their dietary requirements.

Where alcoholic beverages are offered, Riverside House will comply with applicable UK licensing laws.

Guests may be required to provide valid proof of age where legally required.

We reserve the right to refuse service where required by law or where a guest is behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
